By placing your order, you agree that the terms and conditions have been read and understood.

All Orders are handled on a first in, first out basis. If we have problems with any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem, and email our customers with the estimated time for the problem to be corrected.

Pursuant to this Agreement, MJE Sales, LLC of 1802 North Carson St, Suite 212-3751, Carson City, NV 89701, and its “Clients” shall agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.) Order Tracking / Statistics provided by MJE Sales, LLC  is final and binding.  We are not responsible for member counts being off if your site has been inoperative and signup’s cannot be redirected to a different URL (for any reason).  You will be provided with a login area to track the signups progress and report any bad leads (bad email address and disconnect phone numbers only).

2.) MJE Sales, LLC is not liable to replace duplicate records in the client’s database. A person may signup for similar offers at different web sites and at different times.

3.) Clients may report leads that they feel are fake by logging to the login page, and reporting those that they feel are fake.  Fake signups will be reviewed, if deemed fake, the signup will be replaced.  Please review your signups every 2-3 days to check for fakes.  You only have 6 days to report them after they have signed up.

4.)  MJE Sales, LLC will make every effort to begin fulfillment of an order within 7 business days after order placement, provided payment can be confirmed.

5.) MJE Sales, LLC will only refund if we cannot generate the amount of signup’s/leads that you order.  However, this has never happened, nor do we foresee it ever happening.  In the event that it does happen, we will provide a refund on a pro-rata basis, proof of the signups not being delivered must be provided, screen shots do not count.  We must be able to verify that the signups were not received.

6.) An order can be canceled up to 24 hours after payment is received.  After that point the funds have already been put into generating the signup’s/leads/traffic for your order.

7.)  ** We CANNOT take companies that require a social security, credit card number, financial information or consist of adult material.

8.) Subscription payments - If you choose to cancel your monthly subscription you must do so prior to that billing period in order not to be charged.

9.) MJE Sales, LLC does not guarantee any percentage of upgrades for our signups services. These signup’s are to be considered leads that may or may not decide to actually participate in your program. Many of our clients report upgrades from our leads (signup’s).

10.) In the event that the Do Not Call law should be in effect you the client understands that it is your responsibility to scrub your leads against the Do Not Call List prior to contacting your leads/signup’s  Failure to follow this procedure may result in heavy fines.  MJE Sales, LLC will not assume any liability in this situation.

11.) In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits.

12.)  MJE Sales, LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

13.) Unpaid orders are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge and the Client is also liable to pay any and all legal/attorney fees which was required to recover the payment.

14.) The relationship between MJE Sales, LLC and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada and the federal courts situated in the State of Nevada in connection with any action arising between the parties.

15.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect.

16.) It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the use of purchasing signups is acceptable in your programs terms/conditions. Some programs do not allow it. If it is not listed within your program’s terms/conditions then you are most likely free to buy signups. MJE Sales, LLC will NOT be held responsible if you are not following your program’s terms/conditions.

17.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

Special Circumstances for:

1. Guaranteed Signups - (International)
As stated, we will get you the quantity ordered. We cannot guarantee a time frame for this service. Your orders can take from a day to a year or longer, depending upon the order size, quality of the program, and so forth.

2. USA Signups

You are purchasing “Guaranteed Signups” from “Provider”.  A “Guaranteed Signup” is defined as a request for free information from the website submitted.  Free information can be described as

  • 1. Filling out a form to receive information via email.

  • 2. Submitting a pre-enroll application

  • 3. Submitting an email address for inclusion in a newsletter

  • 4. Completing an application for a free membership

  • 5.     Completing a form in order to take a free tour of your offer.

A “Guaranteed Signup” does not mean that you will receive any type of compensation or upgrade activity from a member.  Furthermore, if your program requires a user to submit multiple pages of information, or requires the user to proceed with a confirmation process via email in order to appear in your back office, by submitting such an offer you agree that the signup information provided by the “Provider” is final.

Types Of Websites Accepted and how they are processed.

  1. We accept websites that offer a free service or free information only.  Visitors can not be prompted to make payment of any type before completing the entire free process.  If you program does not allow a visitor to complete the entire process without prompting for payment, then your account will be removed from our system.  You will then have the option to change the URL to a program that fits within our guidelines or you may be charged a 10% administration fee.  Know what you are buying and do not submit “payment required” programs.

  2. If your website requires a visitor to fill out multiple pages before completing any type of free registration, please note that we will recognize only the first form submission (first page of the process) and will count this as one signup, regardless if the rest of the registration process is completed.  It is advised that if you have a program that has many different pages of information before completion that you create a custom signup form to use instead.

  3. Form Location changes.  If you are promoting a program that is masked or inside frames, we reserve the right to change the promotional URL to reflect the exact location of the signup for used to obtain the signup.

  4. If your website requires a user to view a movie or intro longer than 30 seconds before providing them with an option to signup, your account may be removed.

Changing Your URL.

If you wish to change your program URL after it has received one or more signups, you will be required to purchase credits equal to the amount used for your current URL.  This means that if you have purchased 50 credits and used 10 of those credits for Site A, you cannot change the URL to Site B until you have purchased an additional 10 credits to bring Site B to 50 total credits.   This does not apply to those accounts that have been contacted by administration requesting a new URL.

Dispute of Signups.

Getting an account credit for a bad lead is easy to do but to insure that your requests are handled as soon as possible you will need to follow a few guidelines.

NOTE: Only signups with bad email addresses or disconnected phone numbers will be replaced.  However, if your website requires the user to submit a phone number in order to obtain free information via email, the phone number (unless disconnected) will not be eligible for dispute.   The purpose of this program is to send interested people to your website with the ability to receive free information from the service you are promoting.

To request a signup credited back to your account, please list the entire signup information line as it appears in your admin.   You will have 6 days from the date listed on the signup to dispute it.  Signup disputes older than 6 days will not be honored.  You will need to submit a support ticket via your admin area in order for your request to be processed.  The date and time of your submission will be used to determine the 6 days guidelines.

Please note that signups will only be credited if we have determined that an address is invalid.  We will do so by sending an email to the signup contact.  If we do not receive a bounce back, we will not replace the signup.  If you are disputing a phone number we will verify and replace this only if the said phone number is not in operation.  Many times, people may mistake your call as a telemarketer or other annoyance and state the person does not live there or so forth.  This phone number is submitted by the visitor and will be considered valid unless there is a disconnection message.

When a signup is credited it may or may not be removed from your list regardless if the credits have been replaced.  We will not replace signups that have already been replaced.

Inaccessible Programs.

In the event your website becomes unavailable or terminated and visitors cannot reach your website, you will have 6 days to address the issue by changing your URL.  Programs that do not address the issue within 6 days may be removed from the system without any right to compensation.

Program Downtime / Data Loss.

If at anytime your program or website becomes unavailable during the promotional period (by more than 60 minutes), the said contract dates set (Normal 30 day / Rush 10 day) shall be extended an additional 14 days for each incident. While we will attempt to complete the campaign within the original scheduled time frame, programs that are unreachable will be removed from our promotional networks. Such sites may take an additional 48 hours to be placed back into active rotation once the site is deemed reachable.

IF a Refund is requested for any service, the Refund  will only be issued on a case by case basis. Allow 2 to 3 business days for any Authorized Refunds.
